Our Technology
ModLite™ is a componentised steel-framed construction system in which the building is divided into coordinated, factory-manu-factured elements ready for on-site assembly.
Each component is precision-engineered and prepared under controlled factory conditions, including the required connections for efficient installation. The completed elements are transported separately to site, where they are systematically positioned and connected to form the complete building.
This approach retains the control and consistency of modular manufacturing while enabling more efficient transportation across Australia. By reducing on-site fabrication and simplifying construction into a coordinated assembly process, ModLite™ supports faster delivery, reduced labour requirements and greater programme certainty.
Our Process
1. Manufacture
Steel frames and building components are precision-manufactured and assembled in our factory under controlled conditions.
2. Install
Factory-prepared components are systematically positioned and connected to form the complete building.
3. Finish
External cladding and internal finishes are applied,delivering a completed building ready for occupa-tion.
